“Tremendous customer service! I recently placed an order for the iShine for iPad/iPhone Sleeve Set. The next day I received a confirmation email that the product was being shipped. After about a week of waiting the package was still undelivered and the status on the US Postal Service tracking website was never updated. I then emailed ishinesleeve.com inquiring about the status of the order. Within an hour Nicolle from ishinesleeve.com had written me back stating that she had checked with the post office and the package was definitely late and apologized for any inconvenience that may have caused. She then proceeded to resend the order to me that same day so I would not have to wait any longer while the post office attempted to locate the package. I was extremely impressed with Nicolle’s customer service support. She responded to my question very quickly, performed all of the necessary research to figure out why I never received the package, and went well above my expectations by offering resending my order. I was very pleased with the customer service support I received from iShine.
